1. ANTONINO ACCARDO
Antonino Accardo was born in Chicago on April 28, 1906. He
grew up in an environment of people in the region of Sicilia in Chicago
Northwest Side. As a teenager, accardo start in life in crime as pickpocket ,
and then flourished as car thief. he was caught in some cases , but had not
been imprisoned .
On 27 May 1992 Antonino “Joe Batters” Accardo died of heart
failure at the Hospital of St. Mary of Nazareth in Chicago. Age 86 years. Throughout
his lifetime, he never spent one night in jail (though his crime peerless
cornucopia), legal powers, have tried it and failed.
